The Insight BM CoE Coordinator South Africa is the primary local lead and strategic interface for the Insight BM platform. This is a high-impact Line Manager role responsible for end-to-end local delivery organization, balancing team leadership, regional process alignment, and high-stakes individual contribution. As a focal point for delivery, the Coordinator drives financial sustainability and mentors the analyst team while ensuring regional standards are executed with local market relevance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Line Management & Team Development
· Directly lead and manage the local analyst team, overseeing day-to-day performance and workload balancing.
· Own the local HR lifecycle: lead hiring decisions, conduct performance reviews, and manage development plans.
· Provide active mentoring to ensure high-performing standards and career progression for analysts.
· Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
2. Regional Interface & Process Implementation
· Act as the formal interface between local analysts and the regional team to ensure seamless information flow.
· Ensure 100% implementation of standard processes, templates, and tools requested by the regional team.
· Provide structured feedback to regional stakeholders on local constraints and potential solution enhancements.
3. Delivery Excellence & SLA Management
· Set daily/weekly delivery priorities and manage the market's data submission calendar.

· Languages: Fluent English
· Travel: Availability for limited travel within neighboring countries if required
