Within this context, Insight Solutions is the team responsible for turning data into high-value analyses, insights, and presentations, supporting both commercial teams and clients in understanding the market, the consumer, and business opportunities.

The team works cross-functionally across different solutions, categories, and clients, and serves as a pipeline for analytical talent within the organization. Insight Solutions profiles are focused on data analysis, narrative building, and delivering impact, with a clear internal growth path toward positions of greater responsibility.


Role Mission

The Insight Analyst role’s main purpose is to analyze data, generate insights, and build clear, well-structured presentations, actively contributing to the analytical development of projects and strengthening their impact within the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze panel data and other Worldpanel sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
  • Turn complex data into clear, relevant, and actionable insights.
  • Prepare presentations and analytical materials for internal and external clients.
  • Support senior team members in building the narrative and structure of projects.
  • Understand the briefing context and analysis objective, tailoring outputs to the target audience.
  • Ensure consistency, visual quality, and analytical rigor across deliverables.
  • Progressively develop analytical judgment, autonomy, and the ability to provide a point of view.

Position Conditions

This is a full-time position, embedded in the local Insight Solutions teams in Madrid or Barcelona, and aligned with the company’s collaborative ways of working.


Key Capabilities

Your background will ideally look like this…

  • Degree in areas such as Economics, Marketing, Market Research, Engineering, or similar.
  • Clear interest in data analysis and insight generation.
  • Ability to structure information and communicate it clearly in presentations.
  • Good command of tools such as PowerPoint and Excel (other analytical tools are a plus).
  • Curiosity, critical thinking, and an analytical mindset, along with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Proficient in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Attention to detail and a quality mindset.
  • Upper-intermediate to advanced English to work with documentation, presentations, and international teams.
  • Experience in FMCG companies or market research is considered a plus.
