Job Description

Position Overview:

Rockwell Automation is looking for an Insider Risk Analyst. You will oversee sensitive investigations and events. You will track actions necessary to resolve an insider incident and/or event, as well as be responsible for regular reporting and updates. The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of sensitive investigations and. The role requires the ability to exercise sound judgement, have excellent written and oral communications skills, and be proficient at working in a globally dispersed team.

Our technologies are used globally to deliver critical services, such as power and water, and to ensure critical manufacturing. You will work with a high-performing team of like-minded individuals passionate about ensuring that our products are delivered with the highest levels of security and safety. You will work with a array of technologies in software, IoT, cloud, and embedded systems. Join us in the Enterprise Cybersecurity Team as we deliver safe, secure, and technologies to protect our global community and the critical services and goods they provide.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct monitoring and detection analysis using cybersecurity defense tools.
  • Correlate activity across to identify patterns of anomalous insider activity.
  • Provide reports on events that occur within the environment.
  • Stay abreast of emerging threats and insider tactics.
  • Preserve all records to facilitate audits and other investigations.
  • Maintain detailed program metrics around initiative goals.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Typically requires 2+ years of experience in incident response, digital forensics, infrastructure security or legal affairs in a regulated environment.
  • A track record for driving delivery and operational performance improvements across an organization.
  • Experience applying practical use cases to technical datasets
  • Experience using math and statistics to work on large datasets
  • Knowledge of insider threat technical and behavioral models
