Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospects and partners to understand business needs, articulate our value proposition, and position Scality’s ARTESCA solutions effectively. Educate prospects and partners on key ARTESCA differentiators—cyber-resilience, unified deployment, cost savings, and deep integration with Veeam.
- Drive the sales cycle directly with end customers, and co-work and support reseller partners throughout the sales proces.
- Generate pipeline by actively following up on marketing leads, leveraging channel partner referrals, and executing outbound sales prospecting.
- Engage proactively with channel partners and build strong channel partner relationships, helping them identify and work on new ARTESCA and ARTESCA+ Veeam opportunities.
- Engage proactively with our key alliances to drive joint pipeline growth.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with accurate forecasting, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly and annual targets
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B inside sales experience in tech (ideally software/IT infrastructure).
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across sales, channel management, and product marketing teams.
- Self-starter attitude with high energy, adaptability, and a passion for SaaS/IT innovation.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar), backup solutions (especially Veeam), and channel strategies.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
