Als Technisch Commercieel Medewerker Binnendienst ondersteun je het salesteam en zorg je ervoor dat klanten professioneel en snel worden geholpen. Je schakelt dagelijks met klanten, dealers, leveranciers en collega's binnen verschillende afdelingen. Hierdoor vervul je een centrale rol binnen de organisatie en draag je direct bij aan klanttevredenheid en commercieel succes.

Wat ga je doen?
Als rechterhand van onze Regional Sales Managers ondersteun je het verkoopproces van A tot Z. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van offertes en orders voor standaardproducten en maatwerkoplossingen;
  • Adviseren en ondersteunen van klanten en dealers in binnen- en buitenland;
  • Coördineren van productdemonstraties en ondersteunen bij commerciële trajecten;
  • Samenwerken met afdelingen zoals productie, service, inkoop, finance en R&D om tot de beste klantoplossingen te komen;
  • Ondersteunen bij marketingactiviteiten, beurzen, trainingen en andere commerciële evenementen.

Je maakt onderdeel uit van een betrokken team bestaande uit Regional Sales Managers en 2 collega's op de binnendienst. In deze functie rapporteer je aan de Sales & Service Manager.

Wie ben jij?
Je bent klantgericht, communicatief sterk en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar commercie en techniek samenkomen. Daarnaast beschik je over:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau;
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie binnen een technische werkomgeving;
  • Ervaring met SAP, C4C en het werken met technische documentatie;
  • Affiniteit met techniek en de interesse om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen;
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal (Duits is mooi meegenomen);
  • Een proactieve, nauwkeurige en georganiseerde werkhouding.

Job Opening: Technical Sales Representative (In-House) – Penko Engineering (Ede)

Are you business-minded, do you have an affinity for technology, and do you thrive on customer interaction? Then this position at Penko Engineering in Ede might be the right fit for you.

As an In-House Technical Sales Representative, you’ll support the sales team and ensure that customers receive professional and prompt assistance. You’ll interact daily with customers, dealers, suppliers, and colleagues across various departments. As a result, you’ll play a central role within the organization and directly contribute to customer satisfaction and commercial success.

What will you be doing?

As the right-hand person to our Regional Sales Managers, you’ll support the sales process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and following up on quotes and orders for standard products and custom solutions;
  • Advising and supporting customers and dealers both domestically and internationally;
  • Coordinating product demonstrations and assisting with sales processes;
  • Collaborating with departments such as production, service, purchasing, finance, and R&D to develop the best customer solutions;
  • Assisting with marketing activities, trade shows, training sessions, and other commercial events.

You’ll be part of a dedicated team consisting of Regional Sales Managers and two colleagues in the back office. In this role, you’ll report to the Sales & Service Manager.

Who are you?

You are customer-focused, a strong communicator, and feel at home in an environment where business and technology converge. In addition, you have:

  • A higher vocational education (HBO) level of work and thinking;
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within a technical work environment;
  • Experience with SAP, C4C, and working with technical documentation;
  • An affinity for technology and an interest in further developing your skills in this area;
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English (German is a plus);
  • A proactive, meticulous, and organized work ethic.
