Join our team at our Warren, OH location! Inside Sales Associates provide superior service to Famous Supply customers via phone, the Famous Way. Inside Sales Associates get contractor customers the materials they need, where they need them, when they need them so they can complete their job.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and helpful customer service
- Manage Open Orders and customer Bids
- Understand customer needs
- Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
- Process and schedule customer orders
- Willing to learn new products and customer processes

Famous Supply is a fourth generation family-owned wholesale distribution company of HVAC, Plumbing, Industrial/PVF, and Building Products.
Since 1933, Famous has grown into a large regional distributor that operates through its 35 locations: 1 Central Distribution Center, 2 Regional Distribution Centers, 12 Kitchen and Bath Showrooms and 18 classrooms primarily throughout Ohio, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. Famous Supply supports the residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional markets for new construction, replacement, repair, remodeling, parts, and service.
