• Assist sales with inquiry analysis and manage the quotation process in the system;
• Create and manage sample orders, track status, and coordinate with logistics and plants on delivery-related matters (e.g., scheduling, customs clearance), as well as follow up on customer feedback after receipt of samples;
• Manage the design registration process, including data collection, analysis, and system maintenance;
• Support sales in preparing business reports (e.g., POS, POA, backlog);
• Provide logistical support for sales meetings and handle general office administration tasks;

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of working experience in the electronic components industry;
• Good command of both written and spoken English;
• Proficient in computer/office software; SAP experience is a plus;
• Strong team spirit, proactive attitude, and ability to respond quickly;

• 协助销售进行报价分析，负责完成系统报价流程；
• 负责样品订单的录入、状态跟踪，并与物流及工厂沟通协调交付相关事宜（如交期、报关等），同时跟进客户收样后的反馈；
• 负责新设计注册的数据统计、分析及系统录入和维护；
• 协助销售完成各类销售报表（如POS、POA、Backlog等）；
• 负责销售会议的会务安排及相关办公室行政事务支持；

• 本科及以上学历，3年以上电子元器件相关行业工作经验；
• 具备良好的英语听说读写能力；
• 熟练操作办公软件，有SAP经验者优先；
• 具备良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，响应迅速；
