We’re in search of a Dallas-based Inside Sales Support Representative with a knack for sales and product support to help end-users with our unique, innovative window-covering solutions! Our Australian-born online marketplace and direct to consumer approach make us the ideal, most accessible solution in the window covering market, and our users need your support as we grow into ubiquity in the U.S.!
Location: Remote. Must reside in Dallas, Texas. 
Hours: Choose between Tues-Sat or Wed-Sun, 8-4pm or 12-9pm. 

The Offer:

  • This is a full-time, W2, remote role for candidates living In the U.S.

  • Compensation: $24 - $28/hour, depending on experience.

The Role:

  • Field and return inbound calls, with a focus on sales and support. 
  • Help troubleshoot sales execution in our payment gateway. 
  • Track and monitor call volume, missed calls, and customer follow-up. 
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and capacity to conduct on-the-spot problem-solving with end users. 
  • Demonstrate savvy in tech, intuition, and graceful at execution of sales using connection, empathy and charisma. 

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Is not intimidated by a high volume of calls or troubleshooting from a distance.
  • Thinks on their feet, with a capacity to understand a fairly-technical, user-friendly, streamlined product line. 
  • Is a stellar, natural communicator.
  • Has a passion for sleep and well-being and keeps this mission in mind while supporting our end-users.
  • Has experience with Hubspot and a demonstrated track record in a former sales role.
  • Considers themselves a natural IT troubleshooter.
  • Experience with Magento or other CRMs is a plus!
