What to Expect


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Supervisor to help lead the daily operations of our Inside Sales team in Barrington, Illinois. This role is responsible for coaching, performance management, employee development, onboarding, accountability, and sales process execution.


As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership through regular coaching, call reviews, performance discussions, and real-time feedback. You will partner closely with the Talent Development Manager to ensure sales representatives are achieving expectations, developing professionally, and preparing for future career advancement opportunities.


A successful candidate must be able to lead by example, drive consistent performance, and foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop Inside Sales Representatives through one-on-one coaching, call reviews, and ongoing performance feedback.
  • Drive daily sales activity, customer engagement, prospecting efforts, CRM utilization, and team productivity.
  • Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Monitor performance metrics and create accountability around individual and team goals.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support employee development and career growth planning.
  • Provide active leadership on the sales floor through real-time coaching and support.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and develop high-potential employees for future advancement opportunities.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance sales performance, efficiency, and customer experience.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of inside sales experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, coaching, or management experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, motivate, and coach others.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong business judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

  • The first year OTE for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications
