- This position is responsible for project coordination, service quote, order process and invoicing.
- Also responsible for selling and securing SGS services to dormant clients.
- Also responsible for building effective and professional relationships and close cooperation with key internal customer and support teams, including sales executives, account managers, technical and lab operational teams
- Receive orders from clients, sales, and account management teams for the local and global operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and samples have been received for order processing; manages and
tracks sample inventory to ensure timely processing. - Make sure all the information received from customers or their documents are processed into effective
instructions for the laboratories and any other teams in SGS that will participate in the completion of
the order. - Open orders and quotations in the required system(s).
- Communicate client order concerns to the operation, sales and account management teams as required
by account SOP or other defined client requirements. - Escalates non routine order, inquiries or service delays concerns or issues to supervisor for resolution.
- Consistently and accurately provides sales reports and other reports timely as required by management.
- Support sales executives and other sales affiliates to issue proposals.
- University graduate or equivalent educational background, preferred in chemistry or business fields.
- 2+ years of client service or inside sales experience in a multinational organization
- Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects in a fastpaced,
highly professional environment. - Ability to establish effective working and team relationships with internal and external customers, work in a collaborative manner.
- Creative and strategic thinking skills to develop innovative
- Capable of building trust, value others and communicate
effectively. - Customer focused, high integrity, excellent work ethic.
