Responsibilities:- Support Account Managers with new business development activities, including customer follow-up and lead support.
- Serve as a focal point for customer inquiries and ensure requests are processed within established Sales Lead Time goals.
- Prepare, track, and follow up on customer quotes to obtain feedback and support quote-to-order conversion.
- Maintain accurate Customer Master Data and customer pricing in SAP.
- Ensure timely and complete CRM documentation and act as a CRM process expert for the team.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure customer specifications are accurate and aligned to written documents and quotes.
- Support continuous improvement efforts, monthly reporting, and data-driven initiatives to exceed customer expectations.
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Inside Sales or Customer Service experience, preferably with SAP.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in phone-based customer interaction.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems required. Strong Excel skills are a plus.
- Ability to build strong internal and external partnerships to achieve business goals.
- Self-starter with a positive, flexible, “can-do” mindset and strong problem-solving skills; familiarity with ISO, AS, or lean manufacturing environments is helpful.
