Our client, a food manufacturing company, is seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to support day-to-day sales operations and customer account activity. This role is focused on order management, customer communication, and ensuring a smooth sales process from order entry through delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesOrder Management & Sales Support
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in internal systems
- Manage order entry, updates, and changes while ensuring data accuracy
- Track order status and provide timely updates to customers
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, products, and delivery timelines
- Respond promptly to customer requests via phone and email
- Address and resolve order issues, discrepancies, and service concerns
Pricing & Documentation Support
- Prepare and provide quotes based on established pricing guidelines
- Maintain accurate records of pricing, contracts, and customer information
- Support basic pricing updates and ensure alignment with internal policies
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
- Communicate customer needs and order requirements internally
- Assist in resolving shipping or inventory-related issues
- 2+ years of inside sales, order management, or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM or ERP systems preferred
- Experience in manufacturing or food production environments is a plus
