The Senior Office Solutions Specialist is responsible for managing existing Ricoh accounts and identifying new business opportunities. This role focuses on customer retention, revenue growth, and expanding Ricoh’s presence across hardware and service product lines. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales within the SMB customer segment using a comprehensive, consultative approach.
  • Maintain proactive communication with existing clients to ensure retention and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Conduct business-to-business outreach through various channels including email, phone, and virtual meetings.
  • Deliver customer-focused solutions with professional communication and effective objection handling.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets for equipment and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activity, pipeline, and forecasting in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subject matter experts to deliver tailored solutions aligned with customer goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related sales environment (preferred).
  • Proven experience in B2B account management and development (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
