As an Inside Sales Specialist at Avidyne, you will play an active role in driving new business. You will manage inbound inquiries, conduct outbound prospecting, prepare quotes, and move opportunities forward through the sales funnel. Your follow-up, responsiveness, and attention to detail will directly influence pipeline momentum and revenue growth.

This position is based on site at our headquarters in Melbourne, Florida.

As part of our Sales team, you will work closely with field sales, marketing, technical support, and operations to ensure prospects receive timely engagement and accurate information. In a mid-sized, growing company like ours, your performance is visible and your contribution matters.

What You Will Do
  • Respond quickly to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and web
  • Conduct outbound prospecting using CRM data to generate and develop new opportunities
  • Follow up consistently on trade show leads, webinar contacts, and deferred inquiries
  • Prepare product quotes and assist with configurations in coordination with Account Managers
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage opportunity progression
  • Re-engage inactive or stalled leads to drive renewed interest
  • Collaborate with field sales, technical support, and operations to support customer needs
  • Support marketing initiatives including trade shows, webinars, and product promotions
What You Bring
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or sales development
  • Confidence initiating and advancing customer conversations
  • Strong follow-through and accountability for moving opportunities forward
  • Ability to learn and clearly communicate technical product information
  • Experience using CRM systems to track and manage pipeline activity
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant experience will be considered
Bonus Points For
  • Experience in aviation or avionics
  • Familiarity with general aviation systems
  • CRM experience such as Salesforce or Keap/Infusionsoft
  • A pilot’s license or flight training experience
