Generate and qualify outbound sales leads for general aviation avionics products. Research aircraft ownership, models, equipment, and upgrade eligibility; contact prospective customers; maintain accurate CRM records; refine CRM processes and fields; and produce reports on lead conversion, activity, and pipeline metrics. Collaborate with sales and marketing while developing foundational sales and aviation industry knowledge.

The Head of the Office of Assurance is accountable for product integrity and regulatory compliance, overseeing quality, certification, audit, and internal processes, while managing relationships with regulatory authorities and ensuring operational excellence.

Define, allocate, and manage system-level requirements and architectures for avionics cockpit displays; plan and execute system integration, verification, and validation per DO-178C/DO-254; support certification, production transition, supplier integration, and field troubleshooting.

Perform aircraft-level avionics integration and verification across Part 23/25/27 platforms. Develop requirements and interface definitions, execute system-level test, collect and analyze test data, support ground and flight testing, and contribute compliance evidence for FAA certification to DO-178C/DO-254 and ARP-4754/4761 standards.

Define and own hardware architecture strategy and roadmaps for processor boards, FPGA, and mixed-signal circuits. Set PCB/schematic/layout standards, lead enterprise design reviews, advise executives on technology decisions, oversee board bring-up/debug/validation, mentor engineers, and ensure safety-critical compliance (DO-254/DO-160/MIL-STD-810). Represent hardware to customers, suppliers, and regulators.

The Senior Certification Engineer will lead certification projects for avionics systems, ensure compliance with global airworthiness standards, and mentor junior engineers.
