Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist works closely with the Restaurant Partnership Managers to help our restaurant partners to Join and onboard successfuly

We’re looking for someone that has a real passion for delivering exceptional service, and that is tech savvy with ability to adapt their tone to suit the customer - you’ll need to be the person that can build great relationships with restaurants. Preferably you have some previous experience working in sales roles and you are passionate about our platform and the opportunities it offers to the restaurant owners. Managing our Restaurant sales operations, including:

  • Being the main point of contact (inbound) for restaurants that have shown interest towards Wolt
  • Outbound calls looking for potential collaborations
  • Conducting negotiations regarding partnership terms and understanding which kind of venue portfolio we are building here at Wolt
  • Assisting the rest of the sales team with other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications


  • Demonstrable experience from a sales or customer service focused role
  • You are tech-savvy and a quick learner
  • Excellent communication skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
  • You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience from within the restaurant industry is a plus
  • Fluent in Croatian and English
