What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Inside Sales Specialist, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for administrative and sales support requests from advisors, Sales Directors, and internal team members.
  • Processing or directing requests efficiently while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to coordinate responses and provide a seamless advisor experience.
  • Communicating important business updates, sales initiatives, and announcements to advisors, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and MGA partners.
  • Managing and maintaining the inventory of sales concepts, presentations, and supporting sales materials.
  • Distributing sales concepts and presentations to advisors as needed.
  • Conducting follow-up activities related to sales campaigns, business initiatives, and major communications.
  • Proactively reaching out to newly contracted advisors to introduce available sales support services and resources.
  • Tracking sales activities and outcomes, providing visibility and insights to the sales team.
  • Producing customized advisor and sales contact lists to support business development activities.
  • Maintaining advisor segmentation information and ensuring internal documentation remains accurate and up to date.
  • Leveraging internal tools and digital platforms to support advisor engagement, activity tracking, and case management.

  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Communicates effectively and collaborates well with internal teams, advisors, and business partners.
  • Is highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Possesses knowledge of digital communication and marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar tools.
  • Has completed post-secondary studies in administration, finance, or a related field.
  • Brings previous experience in the insurance industry, which would be considered a strong asset
  • Advanced level of English proficiency required, as the role involves to communicate, provide sales support, share business updates and sales materials, and collaborate with advisors, MGA partners, and internal stakeholders on a regular basis..

The typical hiring range for this position is between $47 544 and $79 585 CAD; the base salary offered may vary depending on knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
