Manage Outbound sales campaigns, as directed
Assist with market research activities (competitive analysis, pricing research)
Assist with marketing campaigns (examples)

Customer Success
Manage general customer enquiries
Manage and or direct incoming client support calls
Conduct regular account calls / relationship building
Collate customer account data as required
Skills Required
- CRM records management using HubSpot
