Job Summary:
Combines inside sales/customer service and technical/systems knowledge to sell products, services and solutions to new and existing customers/account base through a variety of inbound and outbound multimedia communications (e.g., telephone, email, fax, portals). Effectively develops and manages trusted relationships for assigned customers/accounts. Promotes company options and solutions to customers on a regular basis. Identifies sales opportunities to deliver focused market/brand solutions to the customer resulting in increased market share, sales and margin for suppliers and maximizing value to the company. Consistently delivers revenue or profit that supports and drives the account/customer to meet financial sales metrics.

What You Will Do:
- Create, upload and qualify large quotations (BOMs) in SAP via ZLQ and provide quotation to ISR or AM for fixing pricing and forwarding to customer
- Validate automated new orders (EDI, call-offs) and book to backlog with agreed resale
- Owns requoting process for running Order backlog
- Validate and process order changes, escalate to customer in cases internal business rules are violated (e.g. push outs, cancellations).
- If not direct customer contact, ISS escalates to to ISR and AM
- Maintain customers Forecast materials (validity, liability, forecast parameter)
- Validate and process customers forecast, consignment changes and call-offs. Direct customer contact prefered.
- Proactive Order Backlog Management in cooperation with Supplier Controlling (for unconfirmed and overdue orders as well as order confirmation > leadtime, buffer assignments). This Process will continue be aligned with Supplier Controlling, who owns the process
- Provide proactive information to customer about lead time changes, backlog situations and delays in supply chain based on reports, if ISS has direct customer contact
- Close cooperation with ISR, Account Manager, EBV Purchasing, Quote Center, Supplier Controlling, Sales Operations and Suppliers (re-quoting) to fulfil customers` needs and ensure supply chain
- Validate existing customers logistic solutions with Customer (if direct contact), Account Manager and Sales Operations for efficient way of working
- Monitor customers operational KPIs of Logistic processes and provide regular update to AM, ISM or RSM in alignment with ISR
- Participation in team meetings, in-house trainings and selected supplier trainings
- Optional: Customer contact only in agreement with RSM, ISM and AM
Key Skills Required
- Possesses expert knowledge of customer needs, products and complexity of business services.
- Exhibits the ability to identify new qualified customers for inclusion in Avnet’s portfolio of increasingly more complex accounts.
- Good knowledge of English and Polish required
- Advanced knowledge of systems such as SAP, ERP, order management.
- Full knowledge of Excel skills allowing for problem solving, formulas, analysis, formatting and manipulation of data.
