Lead Generation SpecialistLocation: San Isidro Office, Peru / On-site
Position SummaryThe Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying, attracting, and nurturing qualified business opportunities to support the company’s growth. The primary mission is to build a strong and consistent pipeline of high‑quality prospects who have the potential to become customers of our software solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Research and segment target markets to identify potential clients.
- Design and execute multi‑channel prospecting campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls, webinars, etc.).
- Use CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads and track performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment in lead generation strategies.
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Analyze conversion metrics and continuously optimize lead generation tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in lead generation or business development, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and effectively align solutions to them.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Results‑driven with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Valuable experience in the retail and/or restaurant industry to better understand business needs within these sectors.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, technology, SaaS, or similar industries.
- Knowledge of common lead generation tools and platforms.
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer engagement strategies.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
