We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Specialist II to join our diverse and dynamic team. As an Inside Sales Specialist II at ICON, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

What you will be doing

  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings and address client needs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer service, and product development to support sales efforts.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.


Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
