The Role of the Sales Specialist:
As a Lucid Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for converting leads into sales, with a primary focus on delivering a personalized and persuasive sales experience. You will work with prospective customers to understand their needs, demonstrate the value of Lucid vehicles, and move them toward purchase decisions.
This role will require a higher level of expertise in both product knowledge and sales techniques, as the Sales Specialist is incentivized based on the successful conversion of leads into orders. You will also pro-actively execute test drives and ensure customers are continually engaged with Lucid Motors in a way that aligns with our luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Persuade and convert leads into sales, with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Manage a pipeline of prospective customers, providing them with a world-class sales experience.
- Demonstrate deep product knowledge and effectively communicate the benefits of Lucid vehicles to potential buyers.
- Guide leads through test drives and the sales process, ensuring they feel supported and informed at every step.
- Proactively follow up with leads, maintaining consistent engagement and driving towards conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
- Collaborate closely with Lead Specialists ensure leads are qualified and moved through the sales funnel effectively.
- Provide feedback on sales strategies and customer preferences to improve overall sales performance.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a direct sales role
- (Near) Native proficiency in the required language German.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to overcome customer objections.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Valid drivers’ license.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or another CRM system.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility.
- Experience in automotive, hospitality, or luxury retail is preferred.
