You will work collaboratively with field sales, marketing, customer service, product management, supply chain and operations. This role offers the opportunity to identify opportunities, strengthen customer partnerships and help drive Arxada’s continued success in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Conduct prospecting activities to identify and qualify new business opportunities across assigned territories.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for orders, pricing, samples, payments and general commercial inquiries.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding short- and mid-term needs and identifying growth opportunities.
- Ensure that all customer interactions and opportunities are accurately recorded in CRM systems, and prepare call reports and sales activity summaries.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and activity targets, ensuring forecasting accuracy.
- Build, manage and progress a sales pipeline, driving opportunities to closure in collaboration with field sales where needed.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, product management, supply chain and operations to support customer satisfaction and share market insights.
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, business, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Two to four years of experience in inside sales, customer service, business development or account management, preferably in B2B environments.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Italian or French is an advantage.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce; SAP or ERP experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with strong problem-solving abilities.
