What is the role:

Currently we are focussing to recruit one French speaking Inside Sales Representative AE. As an Inside Sales Representative AE  you will play a pivotal role in driving business across high-priority large/strategic Enterprise. This role is aligned with two strategic Account Executives in France and is central to our growth strategy, uncovering and capitalising on new and expansion opportunities within existing accounts' subsidiaries. To excel as an Inside Sales Representative at Elastic, you should possess a talent for rapidly building trust, gaining customer insights, teamplay and translating needs into compelling product value stories.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Driving awareness and demand for Elastic solutions within a specified set of Strategic Accounts together with two strategic field sales in France.
  • Acting as a champion for our cutting-edge technologies including GenAI, Vector Search, Security, and Observability.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within existing accounts through your original strategies, incoming leads, personal efforts, contacts, and partnerships with regional players.
  • Identifying and qualifying new opportunities across white space account by leveraging your creativity, inbound lead flows, personal prospecting efforts, contacts, existing accounts, and partnerships.
  • Crafting and implementing a strategic prospecting strategy for daily execution to gain introductions, solve business challenges, and effectively position Elastic's technology.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with our sales development, marketing, partner, product and customer service teams to yield unparalleled results.
  • Engaging with customers to uncover new business opportunities, steering them through the sales process and finalizing complex deals.
  • Crafting a solid business plan utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and ZoomInfo.

What You Bring With You:

  • 2+ years’ sales experience within the software industry.
  • Proven and also consistent track record of excelling in sales of SaaS subscriptions and deploying a sales approach that has led to the successful growth and management of both existing and new customers as well as new use cases.
  • Reliable forecasting abilities, with a consistent track record of success in weekly, monthly, and quarterly projections.
  • A passion for initiating and cultivating customer relationships, along with the ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team to attain extraordinary outcomes.
  • Technological proficiency, strong business insight, and supreme communication skills including written, oral, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • We are looking for fluent English, and native or fluent FRENCH speaker!
