Objective

The Institutional Inside Sales position will focus on sales growth within an assigned book of business.

Providing exceptional customer service levels and showcasing elite value will drive incremental sales and

solutions to existing customers in a B2B environment. This position works in collaboration with assigned

outside sales representatives with all HVAC/R products and solutions offered, and provides additional

support as needed. The position also collaborates independently with assigned customers to create

solutions for their HVAC/R needs and consults them through the entire sales process.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales related to HVAC/R Products and Solutions
  • Maintain productive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Support Customers in quoting, take offs, order entry and coordination for parts, supplies,accessories, and equipment.
  • Work with key suppliers on quoting, pricing, and product sourcing.
  • Conduct data mining to identify potential product sales through report analysis, customer

communications, and direct collaboration with the assigned customers and their dedicated

Outside Sales Representatives.

  • Proactively reach out to new and existing customers clients to uncover opportunities by deliveringCarrier Enterprise’s value proposition.
  • Follow up on quotes and leads to close sales deals and achieve revenue and margin targets.
  • Develop and maintain competitive information including programs, pricing, and services to help

grow and improve CE’s offering.

  • Develop and implement account penetration strategies to include regular business reviews for key

customers to maximize sales

  • Drive customer education and adoption of CE’s Digital Platforms to streamline and accelerate the

sales process while enhancing customer service delivery.

  • Leveraging tools such as Salesforce to document the sales management process.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated performance history in sales and/or new business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with

potential customers.

  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team; results and goal oriented.
  • Must be energetic, well-spoken and Customer centric with a desire to take sales and customer

service to the next level.

  • Self-motivated and a desire to achieve goals beyond what is required.
  • Strong business/problem solving skills and strong communication/interpersonal skills Preferred

Qualifications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HVAC parts and supplies is a plus.
