Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales requests and provide accurate, timely quotes for hardware, phones, carrier changes, and related add-ons.
- Support existing clients with product upgrades, renewals, and service updates.
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns to identify upsell opportunities and generate revenue from existing accounts.
- Track quotes, activities, and follow-up tasks in CRM and sales systems.
- Work closely with Procurement, Marketing, and Service Delivery to ensure smooth customer experience.
- Maintain strong attention to detail, follow quoting standards, and meet activity and performance goals.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or customer-facing sales experience.
- Experience working with technology, telecom, managed services, or related products is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort using CRM and quoting tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, ConnectWise, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and confidence working with quotes, pricing, and order coordination.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive client outreach.
- Experience in telecom, MSP, cybersecurity, or IT-related sales environments.
- Knowledge of quoting processes, margin awareness, and order management.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
