Proactively qualify inbound leads, prospect new business, and prepare quotations across our equipment lines. This is an entry-level role with extensive coaching designed to launch your sales career.

How You'll Make an Impact Here:
  • Build the Pipeline: Proactively reach out to prospects, qualify inbound inquiries, and identify customer equipment needs.
  • Close Deals: Prepare proposals and quotes using CRM tools, negotiate pricing, and close sales for equipment, parts, and service.
  • Learn the Industry: Take a deep dive into technical equipment specifications and customer operational challenges.

What We Offer:
  • Compensation: $70,000 - $120,000 (base + commission).

Skills Required

  • Valid driver's license
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365)
  • Comfortable using social media platforms for outreach
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills
  • 1-3 years sales or customer service experience
