As the first point of contact, you'll play a pivotal role in determining if potential clients are a perfect match for the unparalleled tax, accounting, and consulting services ATBS offers. Pay Progression

We are committed to providing a clear compensation growth path. Each phase typically involves a 10-week ramp-up period to progress to the next phase, though this timeline varies depending on individual performance.

  • Opener:
    • Total Earnings: $47,000 -  $49,000
    • Base Salary: $41,600 - $45,670
  • Inside Sales Representative:
    • Total Earnings: $58,000 (up to $65,000 with high performance)
    • Base Salary: $31,200
  • Inside Sales Executive:
    • Total Earnings: $80,000 (up to $100,000 with high performance)
    • Base Salary: $22,880

About the Opportunity:

  • Thoroughly educate potential clients on the value of ATBS services
  • Effectively answer questions and place clients in the correct level of service
  • Initiate outbound phone calls and emails to actively connect with leads
  • Help us define and improve best practices for the role
  • Proactively support the team and contribute to the growth and success of ATBS 

About Your Expertise:

  • College Degree Preferred (High School diploma or GED required)
  • Proficient in speaking Spanish is a plus
  • Experience interacting with clients/customers over the phone

About the Pay:

The starting pay range for this position is $20/hour + uncapped commission potential. Compensation and benefits are based on, among other things, academic achievements and previous work experience. ATBS offers competitive wages based on industry standards.

Role Expectations:

  • The expectation is 1-2 hours of talk time and 150+ outbound calls every day 
  • Lead lists provided (cold to lukewarm trucking industry leads)
  • Commission is two-tiered
    • Commission on transferred calls
    • Commission on sales
  • Always something to do - very self driven role
