Job Responsibilities
- Generate quotations in support of the outside sales team.
- Generate software renewal quotations and communicate as necessary with customers.
- Update CRM projects and opportunities.
- Participate in local industry associations and trade shows, as directed by the Sales team.
- Support the lead management process for the sales team.
- Process equipment orders as needed.
- Assist the Inside Sales Manager with vendor registrations.
- Abide by on-the-job site safety requirements.
- Assist the team with any specific business growth initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor’s degree (equivalent experience accepted)
- Ability to utilize virtual presentation technology
- Highly organized with excellent follow up skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required with exceptional listening skills
- Ability to build relationships and work well across functions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time
- Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Valid driver’s license

Total Rewards
The compensation range for this position is $51,500.00 - $77,300.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.Benefits Package
