Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying prospective customers, building rapport to recommend tailored solutions, and consistently achieving sales quotas to drive revenue growth.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
- Manage and expand relationships within a dedicated account set, proactively seeking new B2B opportunities to deliver consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams and prospects to communicate Iron Mountain’s value proposition and close deals that meet customer needs.
- Ensure all sales prospecting and activity records are accurately maintained within the CRM system to support data-driven decision-making and compliance with organizational standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in inside sales or account management.
- Strong knowledge of sales prospecting techniques and CRM system management.
- Proven ability in relationship building, upselling, and achieving individual sales targets.
