In this mid-level role, you will drive revenue growth by developing qualified leads, nurturing customer relationships, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service and solutions. Key Responsibilities
  • Execute a defined sales plan within an assigned account base, including regular progress reviews with management.

  • Identify and qualify prospective customers using networking, business directories, industry publications, trade shows, online research, and other lead sources.

  • Collaborate with technical support and customer service teams to address customer issues, coordinate training sessions, and support trade shows or on-site visits (with limited travel, up to approximately 5 days per quarter).

  • Prepare and present price quotations, credit terms, and sales contracts in alignment with company policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to a collaborative sales team environment by supporting all customers (including in-bound calls and troubleshooting) and helping maintain consistent service levels.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system, while monitoring market conditions and competitors and sharing recommendations to improve sales effectiveness.


Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Approximately 1-2 years of related sales, account management, or customer-facing experience preferred.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop rapport and trust with key decision-makers and influencers.

  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail, including experience managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic business software tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).

  • Demonstrated willingness to continuously develop product knowledge, market understanding, and sales skills through training and self-directed learning.
