The role, at a glance:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for growing their respective territory through 
onboarding new customers and working towards revitalizing dormant Biamp partners. The Inside 
Sales Representative will achieve this through prospecting their region and using virtual selling 
techniques. We are looking for a goal-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills who has a 
basic understanding of audio, video, and Unified Communications or who is eager to learn. This 
position will be located in our Plano, Texas office. 
How you'll contribute:
- Build and maintain a working database of new dealer prospects and dormant accounts in the territory 
- Identify, contact, and qualify net new business for Biamp’s A/V and/or Sound Masking divisions 
- Follow up on leads for new customers provided by the Lead Generation department 
- Contact prospective customers to engage them in conversation about how Biamp can better serve their needs 
- Provide product presentations and assist in educating potential customers on the Biamp family of A/V and Sound Masking products via digital mediums 
- Maintain and update CRM records 
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches 
- Build and maintain a working database of new dealer prospects and dormant accounts in the territory 
- Identify, contact, and qualify net new business for Biamp’s A/V and/or Sound Masking division 
- Collaborate with Regional Outside Sales Team 
- Contact prospective customers to engage them in conversation about how Biamp can better serve their needs 
- Provide product presentations and assist in educating potential customers on the Biamp’s family of A/V and Sound Masking products via digital mediums 
- Maintain and update CRM records 
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches 
- Other duties as assigned by your Manager 
A successful candidate should have:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or experience within the A/V industry preferred 
- 2+ years of experience in sales 
- Proven history of goal attainment 
- Strong communication skills, excellent organizational and record keeping skills 
- The ability to multitask and prioritize 
- Microsoft Office and video conferencing proficient
