Lead enterprise network architecture and operations across multi-site environments. Own firewalls, switching (10G/25G), routing, SD-WAN, monitoring (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana), documentation, IPAM, incident response, and mentor a network engineer while driving modernization projects and cross-functional infrastructure initiatives.

Lead Operations activities for NPD/NPI programs from concept to production: define manufacturing objectives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage suppliers, mitigate risks, track launch milestones, and ensure products are manufacturable, testable, and serviceable for long-term operational success.

Lead the product verification team, focusing on software quality assurance, managing international teams, and implementing QA strategies aligned with business objectives.

Process customer purchase orders in the ERP (Infor), manage fulfillment via a ticketing system, respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, resolve pricing and shipping issues, coordinate with sales, operations and third-party warehouses, and execute order changes to ensure timely, accurate delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Lead and mentor engineers building cloud services, mobile, and desktop applications. Guide architecture and trade-offs across distributed systems and clients, adopt AI-assisted development tools, enforce CI/CD, security, and quality standards, manage performance and career growth, and align team delivery with product and design roadmaps.
