Processes customer purchase orders in Infor ERP, manages fulfillment through ticketing systems, and resolves customer inquiries by phone and email. Verifies pricing, coordinates with sales teams and third-party warehouses, tracks shipments, handles back orders and change requests, and prioritizes orders when inventory is limited. The role requires accurate order management, cross-functional collaboration, strong communication, and timely issue resolution.

Develop and execute product marketing strategies, positioning, messaging, launches, demand generation, sales enablement, and thought leadership for audiovisual technology solutions. Conduct market and competitive research, collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams, manage multiple initiatives, and measure campaign and launch performance to improve results.

Provides technical support for professional audiovisual hardware and software through phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoots AV, networking, VoIP, and audio/video issues; coordinates repairs and returns; advises customers on system design; conducts training; documents cases; escalates complex issues; supports product testing and documentation; and collaborates with engineering and cross-functional teams.

Lead enterprise network architecture and operations across multi-site environments. Own firewalls, switching (10G/25G), routing, SD-WAN, monitoring (Zabbix/Prometheus/Grafana), documentation, IPAM, incident response, and mentor a network engineer while driving modernization projects and cross-functional infrastructure initiatives.

Lead Operations activities for NPD/NPI programs from concept to production: define manufacturing objectives, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, manage suppliers, mitigate risks, track launch milestones, and ensure products are manufacturable, testable, and serviceable for long-term operational success.
