We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
About the role:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will engage more deeply in sales activities, leveraging an understanding of the company's offerings to identify and qualify leads more effectively. You will assist in more detailed customer interactions and support the overall sales strategy by managing records and documenting sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complex inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Maintain and update customer records with a higher degree of accuracy.
- Qualify and prioritize sales leads based on potential value.
- Record detailed sales prospecting activities.
- Respond to and accurately qualify marketing qualified leads
- Address intermediate customer inquiries about products and services.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for large orders.
- Support team in managing larger sales projects.
- Provide feedback to sales management on customer trends.
