JOB DESCRIPTION
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Inside Sales Representative to help fuel our sales pipeline. This outbound-focused role is critical to our go-to-market success, identifying target accounts, qualifying leads, and setting meetings for our Account Executives. You’ll work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate interest and build multi-touch campaigns that convert.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and also superb interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns (calls, emails, sequences) to generate leads
- Conduct research to identify and qualify decision-makers within target companies
- Book discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives with strategic targets
- Partner closely with marketing to support Account Based Marketing initiatives and nurture workflows
- Maintain records of all activities and insights in the CRM
- Consistently contribute to a growing, high-quality sales pipeline
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of inside sales or BDR experience; open to junior applicants. Internships or relevant coursework will also be considered a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools, outreach platforms, and lead databases
- Highly self-motivated with a daily bias toward action and persistence
- Interest in B2B eCommerce, digital transformation, or enterprise technology
- Openness to feedback, fostering meritocracy through continuous growth and improvement
- In Office, Irvine CA
- Bonus: Knowledge of B2B manufacturing/distribution verticals
Salary:
Base $45-55K
With OTE $70-85K
