The Role

Now, we’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our impact across the small business healthcare segment.

THE ROLE: REMOTE OPPORTUNITY!

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for attaining quota through the sales of new business in the small business segment.

What You Bring:

  • 1–2 years of sales experience (inside sales or B2B preferred)
  • Strong pipeline management and short-cycle sales skills
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset with a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities
  • Highly organized and solutions-oriented
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools

Your Day To Day:

  • As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients—building relationships, identifying needs, and closing deals that make a difference.
  • Managing inbound leads and actively prospecting new business opportunities
  • Navigating short sales cycles with confidence and urgency
  • Presenting solutions clearly and professionally over the phone
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM and meeting weekly KPIs
  • Managing your sales pipeline across various stages
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure client success
  • Consistently achieving (and exceeding!) monthly sales targets
