What You’ll Be Doing
- Making 50-75 outbound calls per day to generate qualified leads.
- Engaging prospects and setting appointments for the Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Using CRM tools to track pipeline, follow-up tasks, and conversion metrics.
- Handling objections and identifying client needs on the fly.
- Collaborating with the sales team and participating in weekly coaching.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 1+ years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or B2B calling.
- Are coachable, curious, and hungry to improve.
- Can handle rejection and still bring energy to your next call.
- Are organized and accountable — you follow up and follow through.
- Know how to use tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs (bonus).
Compensation
- Base Salary: $50,000/year
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90,000/year
- Weekly and monthly performance incentives available.
