Conduct proactive outbound sales calls to new and existing customers, converting leads into sales.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to machine delivery, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Host and engage walk-in customers at the retail store, offering product demonstrations and closing sales.
Promote marketing campaigns, events, and special offers to drive customer interest and sales.
Maintain accurate customer records and machine data in CRM systems to support marketing and sales initiatives.
Collaborate with the Field Sales team to qualify leads and support wider sales efforts.
Achieve call, lead generation and opportunity conversion targets
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a proactive outbound B2B sales environment.
Strong selling skills and a professional telephone manner.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for success.
Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
