What you will do:
This role will support customers by identifying their needs and offering standard and specific solutions/equipment and services. This helps retain customers and maximize opportunities and their success ratio. The Inside Sales Engineer Intern collaborates with outside sales, customer services, product management, and technical services resources to ensure proposals include technical solutions that accurately address customer needs while adhering to product and quality standards.
How you will do it:
Act as a key point of contact for clients, answering queries and providing basic technical advice and information on new product introductions and modifications.
Engage extensively with customers, partners, and team members to enhance your sales negotiation skills and knowledge.
Provide reliable solutions for all commercial and basic technical issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Identify improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, service applications, engineering, or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of materials or services.
Build individual bespoke characteristics and gain customer acceptance by demonstrating your skills and knowledge in using specific products/solutions.
- Call to new and existing client to offer a solution or service to clients
What we look for:
2-6 years experiences in inside sales
Bachelor’s degree in business administration and/or engineering faculty.
