Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Middle East
We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our growth in the Middle East region. This role focuses on building a strong sales pipeline, strengthening channel partner relationships, and driving market adoption through targeted initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Pipeline Development: Build and mature the sales pipeline by generating leads through conventional sources such as winbacks and historical databases.
- Data-Driven Insights: Identify new opportunities by analyzing renewal patterns and site activities using Power BI.
- Channel Partner Collaboration:
- Organize and lead weekly calls with channel partners to track activities, update contact information in Salesforce, and maintain alignment.
- Support partners with urgent and critical administrative paperwork.
- Pricing and Quoting Support: Act as a CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) champion to assist channel partners with price optimization and deal structuring.
- Product Adoption Campaigns: Initiate and manage campaigns to boost product adoption and reinforce our value proposition.
- Channel Partner Enablement:
- Coach and onboard new channel partners to ensure effective collaboration and market penetration.
- RFQ and Tender Management: Prepare comprehensive responses to RFQ (Request for Quotation) tenders to secure new business opportunities.
- Vendor Registration: Manage the vendor registration process to facilitate smooth engagement with key customers.
- Targeted Marketing Initiatives: Coordinate tailored marketing campaigns in Arabic, particularly around public relations (PR) efforts, to increase brand visibility and market reach in the Middle East.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or Channel Management, ideally within the technology or industrial sectors.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and CPQ tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in close collaboration with international teams.
- Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Middle Eastern business culture is a strong plus.
