Inside Sales Representative
Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing• Provide expert customer service and sales support, resolve complex issues, interface with customers, and recommend solutions to the sales team.• Oversee the Order-to-Invoice process, including order entry, value-added follow-ups, NCNR setup, MyArrow accounts, and contract pricing maintenance.• Support demand and quality processes, handle escalations, manage reports, oversee inventory sweeps, contracts, RMAs, and resolve post-delivery issues.• Assist with Quote-to-Order tasks, including loading SDT quotes, forwarding to the Quote Center, updating extensions, ordering samples, and coordinating contracts.
What We Are Looking For• At least 3 to 5 years experience in electronics industry• Detail orientated with can do attitude
