The Inside Sales Representative is an ideal role for someone who is customer-focused, ideally with some sales experience. This role will work closely with the Regional Sales Leaders, broader sales teams, engineering and operations teams, and customers. Candidates should have an entrepreneurial spirit and have experience supporting the execution of various strategic efforts while still being able to navigate the established supporting corporate culture.
This role will be located out of our Cambridge, MA office and must be able to come into the office on a regular basis.
Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for managing Aftermarket Sales and Post Sales Customer Support including preparing quotations, complaint handling and follow up activities

Responsible for Routing in-bound leads to appropriate Account Manager

Develop meaningful relationships with customers and to support their post-sale needs

Preparing pricing quotations independently and as part of a team for complex solutions

Responsible for the logistics of products from our manufacturing site in Italy to the customer

Responsible for pricelist maintenance in an accurate and timely way

Act as a cooperative member of the Global Internal Sales Team and contribute to the optimizing workflow and processes

Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the broader business objectives such as warehouse management and inventory, client/customer interaction during showroom visits and other tasks as required.
Minimum Qualifications:

2+ years of Customer Service or Inside Sales experience

High School diploma
Preferred Qualifications:

Interest or passion in Life Sciences or Bioprocessing is strongly preferred

Two-year or bachelor's degree in science or engineering is preferred.

Self-Motivated, pro-active and independent problem solver

Customer centric approach to communications

Strong internal and external relationship building ability

Experience working with CRM and ERP systems. Working experience with Oracle is a plus

Strong organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple tasks
