We’re looking for a motivated and high-energy Inside Sales Representative to drive sales growth, convert inbound leads, and play a key role in making our vision a reality. As the final step in our marketing funnel, you'll take warm leads from interest to close, ensuring a seamless experience for potential customers. Responsibilities and Role

  • Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries in a CRM system
  • Follow up with leads via phone calls and emails, maintaining engagement and building relationships
  • Upsell inbounds to maximize sales opportunities
  • Close inbound leads at a high conversion rate
  • Exceed sales targets, quotas, and performance goals through proactive engagement and a results-driven approach
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, working as the final step in the customer journey to convert leads into sales
  • Collaborate with teammates, contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment
  • Take on additional challenges as they arise, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to help others when needed

Candidate Competencies:

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas
  • Confidence in closing deals and managing objections
  • Strong phone presence with experience dialing 75-100 calls per day
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in CRM systems like HubSpot or NetSuite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A hustler mentality—willing to go above and beyond to hit targets
  • Team player mentality with the ability to work well with others and contribute to team success
  • An associate degree or equivalent is preferred

Compensation: This is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive base salary of $50,000 - $60,000 as well as a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy and Paid Time Off.

Please note this is not a fully remote position. FloWater has a hybrid model of work. Candidates must be Denver-based and have availability to come into the office at least 2 days per week.
