The Job

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals or setting an appointment with the Account Executive for our Premium product. On smaller deals you will manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring that our customers’ needs are met and our business goals are achieved.
Aroflo is a SaaS tech company headquartered in Melbourne and is a subsidiary of the Simpro Group.

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and present tailored solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Learn the AroFlo software to best address potential customer's needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through a consultative sales approach.
  • Manage and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead-generation efforts.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
     

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as an Inside Sales Representative or in a related sales role.

  • Qualifications in a Marketing degree would be an advantage

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales goals.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools (HubSpot or Salesforce ideal).

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • An understanding of trade processes and workflows
