Inside Sales Representative

Reporting to our Inside Sales Supervisor, you as Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for service and support to external Channels and New Business activities. Building strong relationships with our Commercial Vehicle Business Unit customers globally, you will perform a variety of sales and customer service-related activities including sales support, pricing, quoting, financial reporting, business reviews, presentations, research, and problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to the global customers and sales teams

• Cooperate with global parties involved concerning complaints and claims

• Manage Pricing and Quotations

• Maintain communication between Marketing and Sales to meet corporate objectives

• Keep track with sales numbers and turnover, financial reports

• Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close

• Customer support on the phone about 15% of the time, no cold calling required.

Experience:
At least One to two years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service
Familiarity with manufacturing and manufacturing cost analysis
Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
Knowledge in MS Office
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail

Education:
Bachelors or University degree
