YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Creates and develops cooperation with customers in order to increase volumes and profitability in accordance with current plan;
  • Develops good relations with customers on the basis of detail knowledge of products, suggested services and needs of customers;
  • Priority focus on new acquisition;
  • Prepares offers for potential customers and tries to suggest new solutions;
  • Develops and improves sales skills and shares „best practice“ in local and international sales team;
  • Continuously watches news on the market and competition´s activities in given customer´s segment;
  • Gives suggestions for improvement of services for clients;
  • Immediately passes on information about possible threatening problems.

Main purposes:

  • Volume and profitability;
  • Acquisition of new customers in accordance with a pre-established plan;
  • Active research of opportunities for profitability increase.

Qualifications

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience as in Telesales or similar customer service or sales role
  • Medium level of English (conversational);
  • Proven record of meeting KPIs
  • Knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, MS SharePoint
  • Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software is a plus
  • Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
  • A patient and friendly personality
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • To be a team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • High school diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
