About the job
As an Inside Sales Representative you will be responsible for prospecting, acquiring, and managing advertising business clients for one of the top players in Digital Advertising, for our prestigious client, X. This role requires a dynamic and motivated individual with a strong sales background, a deep understanding of digital advertising, and the ability to build and nurture client relationships in the US market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue, maximizing client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our advertising business.
Annual Base Salary of CAD $51,000, plus a performance-based bonus with an earning potential ranging from 5% to 30%
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential advertising clients through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new leads and opportunities
Utilize multiple channels, including email, phone calls, social media, and industry events, to engage with prospects and initiate sales conversations.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives, target audiences, and budget constraints.
Create compelling sales pitches and presentations tailored to each client's needs and objectives.
Effectively communicate the value proposition of our advertising solutions and services to prospective clients, highlighting key features, benefits, and success stories.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertising clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and activities.
Collaborate with clients to develop customized advertising campaigns and strategies that align with their goals and objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, offering insights and recommendations for optimization and improvement.
Job Requirements:
Mandatory 1-2+ years of experience in digital media, digital ads and/or market research handling pre-sales, or full sales cycle.
Previous BDR or outbound sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of strong performance.
Minimum education requirement: High school graduate or higher.
Ability to think strategically and stay informed about market trends.
Strong time management skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, tenacious, and proactive.
Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate multiple business models.
Persistence – Pre-sales representatives should be adept at handling different types of prospects and customers. They must maintain a positive attitude to qualify and convert leads into sales while achieving quarterly targets in a dynamic environment, having previously handled cold outreaches through calls and emails. Communication skills – Personable communicators who can clearly and persuasively describe products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions.
Problem-solving skills – Ability to identify and address prospect and customer concerns throughout the sales process.

Schedule
Fixed schedule Monday to Friday, 9 hrs shift from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Location
Candidates are advised to be within travel distance from our primary locations: Yonge- Eglinton & The Well, Downtown Toronto
On-site for 3 months and then transition to hybrid (3 days a week onsite) at our office located at Yonge & Eglinton
