Inside Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in our go-to-market and customer acquisition strategies, serving as a key component in achieving our revenue and growth objectives. We are seeking competitive, driven individuals who possess a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
The ideal candidate will excel in written and verbal communication, demonstrate a commanding presence on the phone, and effectively articulate the Veriforce value proposition and program details. Organizational skills are essential, as the role involves making a high volume of phone calls to pre-qualified leads, tracking activities and tasks in Salesforce, and securing new accounts.
What that means day-to-day:
- You will provide a clear, compelling and articulate explanation of our business value to prospective customers.
- You validate customer concerns, handle questions and secure their business.
- You have excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions.
- You will partner closely with your Inside Sales colleagues, as well as other internal partners as you develop a thorough understanding of our products, benefits and future enhancements.
- You will learn a diverse set of technology tools to support your win rate.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound calls and emails.
- Close sales and achieve regular quotas.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects and opportunities.
- Build your pipeline.
- Have a strong phone presence.
- Nurture and build relationships with customers.
- You will maintain accurate and up to date information in Salesforce.
- You will prioritize and manage time and tasks effectively.
- You bring a sense of fun to work every day.
What you’ll need to be successful:
- Fluent in English.
- High School diploma.
- 1 – 2 years of B2B inside sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record of success with meeting and exceeding quota.
- Consistent record of providing excellent customer service.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales telephony systems and Salesforce is a plus.
- You have a high sense of urgency and persistency.
- Strongly positive attitude with a mindset for finding solutions and ways to win.
- Highly entrepreneurial, success oriented.
- Keen inclination to learn new technologies and put them into practice.
