This position reports to the Inside Sales Manager.

The Role:
This entry level sales position is based in our Blacks Harbour, NB office and will work closely with customers, sales account managers, and various sales operations teams. This position offers the opportunity to learn, advance and demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The Inside Sales Representative will have a proven track record of achievement and a reputation for high standards of personal and professional conduct.
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for:
- Daily management of customer accounts
- Contacting customers for orders
- Entering sales orders into various order delivery systems
- Facilitating and coordinating order fulfilment
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Initiating customer claims
- Supplying sales materials and information
- Delivering superior customer service
The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent customer service skills
- A sense of urgency
- Individual drive
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Experience in customer service, sales, or administration (preferred)
