As part of our continued commercial growth, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our dealer and mass market customer network through proactive sales support, order management, and customer engagement.
This is a highly commercial and customer-focused role supporting sales growth initiatives across multiple European markets. You will work closely with Mass market stores, direct dealer shops, logistics teams, and commercial stakeholders to ensure timely order collection, excellent service and strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively contact mass market customer stores and dealer shops to collect and manage sales orders
Support pre-season sales campaigns, Mass market contract follow up and associated activities
Handle customer and distributor enquiries via telephone and email
Ensure customer orders are accurately and efficiently processed using internal systems
Provide product information, pricing, availability updates, and basic technical guidance
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, finance, and internal teams to support timely order fulfilment
Follow up quotations, back orders, and customer requests proactively
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and customers across the region
Maintain accurate sales records and customer documentation
Support promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or order management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident telephone manner with a proactive commercial mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Fluent English required
German and/or French language skills highly desirable
Experience within pool, leisure, technical products, or B2B/C distribution environments is advantageous but not essential
